Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us at Tannahill's Music Hall & Lounge. We respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.

1. Introduction

HOB Tannahill Tavern, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Tannahill's Music Hall & Lounge and this website (the "Site"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and the rights you may have under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

This Policy describes our practices. Where the law requires your consent before we process certain data, we rely on that consent — not on your mere use of the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect a limited set of personal data:

  • Identifiers and contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and (if you provide it) mailing address, when you submit a private-events or contact inquiry, or when you choose to receive updates from us.
  • Event and inquiry details — the information you include in a private-events inquiry, such as event type, date, party size, and special requests.
  • Commercial information — records of inquiries and any gift card or merchandise interest. Ticket and certain purchases are completed on third-party platforms (see Section 7), which collect their own information.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us.
  • Internet and device activity — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site, collected through analytics technologies (see Section 5).
  • Approximate location — general location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation.
  • Inferences — general interest in our venue and events.

Sensitive data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data as defined by applicable law (such as precise geolocation or government identifiers). If we ever needed to, we would obtain your consent first. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children (see Section 12).

3. How We Collect It

  • Directly from you — when you submit a private-events or contact inquiry, sign up to receive updates, or otherwise communicate with us. Our private-events inquiries are handled through our event-management provider (Tripleseat).
  • Automatically — through the analytics technologies described in Section 5.
  • From third parties — such as our ticketing and social-media platforms, and service providers that help us operate.

4. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to respond to your inquiries and manage private-events requests; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to send you updates if you have asked to receive them; to understand how the Site is used; to protect against fraud and secure the Site; and to comply with legal obligations. We limit our collection and use to what is reasonably necessary for these disclosed purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following analytics technologies to understand and improve the Site:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures Site usage; uses cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — measures usage and records aggregated interaction sessions to help us improve the Site; uses cookies. Text you enter into form fields is masked and is not captured by this tool. Microsoft processes this data under its own terms.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics (Ahrefs) — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
  • Elfsight — third-party display widgets (such as social or content embeds) that may set cookies to function.

Strictly necessary cookies are also used to make the Site work.

Your controls. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on, and you can control Google ad personalization through Google's Ads Settings. Where we offer a cookie-preference tool on the Site, you can use it to manage non-essential cookies. Where we are able to honor a recognized browser opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will treat it accordingly.

6. Advertising

We may promote our venue, shows, and events through paid digital advertising, which may include Google Ads and advertising on other platforms. We use analytics and conversion measurement to understand how our advertising performs.

We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not process your personal data for "targeted advertising," and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the TDPSA and CCPA — meaning we do not use your activity across other, unaffiliated websites to serve you ads. You can control how Google personalizes ads to you through Google's Ads Settings.

7. How We Share Personal Data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers / processors — companies that operate the Site and our services on our behalf, including website hosting (Webflow), analytics providers (Google, Microsoft, Ahrefs), our event-management provider (Tripleseat), display-widget providers (Elfsight), and email/communications providers. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law or legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Affiliates — other entities within our group, for the purposes described in this Policy.

Third-party ticketing. Tickets to shows are sold through third-party platforms (such as Ticketmaster and Prekindle). Those platforms collect and process your information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control, and we do not collect or store your ticket-purchase payment information. Please review those platforms' privacy policies.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal data and access it; correct inaccuracies; delete it; obtain a portable copy of data you provided; and opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. (Offering updates, rewards, or promotions you choose to join is not discrimination.)

How to exercise your rights. Submit a request by email to website@cheftimlove.com, or through the contact form on our Site. We will not require you to create an account. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you). Requests are free up to twice per year. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization.

Appeals. If we decline your request, we will explain why and how to appeal. To appeal, reply to our decision or email website@cheftimlove.com. We will respond within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General through the Office of the Attorney General's consumer-protection website, or to your state attorney general.

Texas residents (TDPSA). You have the rights described above. As defined under the TDPSA, we have not sold your personal data, have not processed it for targeted advertising, and have not used it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Use the methods above to exercise your rights and appeals.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. The categories of personal data we collect, our purposes, and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 2, 4, and 7. We do not sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) the personal data of California residents, and we do not use sensitive personal data for purposes that would trigger a right to limit it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and you may use an authorized agent.

Residents of other states. Many U.S. states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws granting similar rights. If you reside in one of these states, you may exercise the applicable rights using the methods above.

10. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt out anytime via the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing website@cheftimlove.com. We may still send messages related to your specific inquiries.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party websites and services (including ticketing and social-media platforms). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing personal data.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and such data is treated as sensitive under Texas law. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, email website@cheftimlove.com and we will delete it. Where applicable, we do not sell or share the personal data of consumers under 16 without the consent required by law.

13. International Visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your data will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear Bag Policy

If you're bringing a bag, please make sure it adheres to our clear bag policy and is 12"x6"x12" or smaller. Small clutches about the size of a hand or smaller do not need to be clear. The maximum size for non-clear clutches/bags is 4.5"x6.5".

I have questions about tickets. Who do I contact?

The Tannahill's Box Office is managed by Live Nation. For any questions about tickets (purchasing, managing existing tickets, lost tickets, etc.) please click here to be directed to the Live Nation Fan Support portal: https://help.livenation.com/

What's the parking situation?

Parking in the Fort Worth Stockyards is a challenge so plan accordingly. The absolute, best way to get here is through a Ride-Share service. If you must drive, Valet Parking is available near the entrance to Tannahill’s on Exchange Street for $20. There are also several paid lots within a short walk of the venue.

What are the door times for Tannahill's?

Door times for the Music Hall vary, but are usually 60 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific show page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the Music Hall any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the doors open. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy cocktails and dinner at Tannahill’s Tavern before the show.

What's the Covid-19 policy?

Please note the venue will be following local guidelines, which currently are not requiring proof of vaccination/negative test for entry. Testing/vaccination policy is subject to change.
