Age Restrictions

For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.

Alcohol

Tannahill's Tavern and Music Hall has 5 full-service bars with alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time with us. You’re not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol. Guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.

Animals - Service

Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted with proper documentation and applicable identification on animals as law dictates.

Artist Merchandise

Artist Merchandise will be available for most concerts at our Merchandise Stand located in the music hall. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Bag Policy

If you're bringing a bag, please make sure it adheres to our clear bag policy and is 12"x6"x12" or smaller. Small clutches about the size of a hand or smaller do not need to be clear. The maximum size for non-clear clutches/bags is 4.5"x6.5".

Banners and Signs

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 inches are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not a distraction to the artist.

Camera Policy

Our policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. GoPro cameras are not permitted. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

Cancelled Shows & Refunds

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in about 30 days.

Cell Phones

Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions cell phone usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Children

Most events are all ages. Any age restrictions would be listed on the venue and/or Ticketmaster event page.

Covid-19 Policy

Please note the venue will be following local guidelines, which currently are not requiring proof of vaccination/negative test for entry. Testing/vaccination policy is subject to change.

Door Times

Door times for the Music Hall vary, but are usually 60 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific show page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the Music Hall any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the doors open. Feel free to arrive early and enjoy cocktails and dinner at Tannahill’s Tavern before the show.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law, he or she will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Guests with Disabilities

Tannahill's strives to ensure that all guests have a great time at our venue. Tannahill's is an ADA accessible venue and can accommodate ticket requests at Tickemaster.com or special needs day of show.

Ticketing: ADA tickets can be purchased online via LiveNation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available online. Look for the ADA icon on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Day of Show Parking: Accessible Parking is located in the closest available parking lot to the venue. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. Fans who require accessible parking may also be dropped off right in front of the venue. If you do not need accessible parking, please park in the general lot.

Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original ticket you purchased, we strongly recommend going through LiveNation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of tickets available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Accommodations: All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office (214-421-2021) prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Guests that require interpreter service can call the venue (214-421-2021) and arrange this for any event. We need at least 4 weeks notice to secure an interpreter.

Media Relations / Press Passes

All media requests for show coverage should be submitted at www.livenation.com/pressrequests.

Medical Assistance

We maintain medical staff at all events with the ability to treat minor issues (overheating, anxiety, etc. related to the event). Any individuals needing hospital care are assisted by our EMT staff while an ambulance is dispatched to the venue

No Weapons Allowed

Tannahill's does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Parking

Parking in the Fort Worth Stockyards is a challenge so plan accordingly. The absolute, best way to get here is through a Ride-Share service. If you must drive, Valet Parking is available near the entrance to Tannahill’s on Exchange Street for $20. There are also several paid lots within a short walk of the venue.

Re-Entry

Re-Entry is not permitted at Tannahill's. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Seating

Tannahill’s Tavern & Music Hall  has a main floor that is General Admission Standing Room Only for most shows unless otherwise noted when purchasing your tickets. We are built for dancing and rocking out! That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket.

Security Procedures

Before entering the venue, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection.

Scalping Tickets

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Security

Fort Worth Police Officers are always at the main entrance for all Live Nation events at Tannahill's. Venue security are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. Our T-shirt security can radio an officer from anywhere in the venue and all security personnel can assist with questions and / or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Smoking

There is no smoking in the venue.

Ticketing

Your phone is your ticket! Make sure you have downloaded your tickets into your mobile wallet and transferred to friends via www.livenation.com or the Live Nation app.

Will Call

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office at the venue. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service: (800)-653-8000.

Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event, close to the time doors open so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
